[Announcement] Competition format changes

From the next competition (23rd official competition), competitors compete:

1. 5 day single attempt once, and
2. 1 minute attempt three times.

1 minute attempt is scored in:

1. num. of all correct ans.
2. points (num. of correct ans. minus num. of incorrect ans.)

e.g 1

Answer 5 times, which includes 3 correct answer.

1. DNF
2. 1 pt. (3 minus 2)

e.g. 2

Answer 4 times, which are all correct.

1. 4
2. 4 pt. (4 minus 0)
